Progressives dialogue with others who hold differing views. We value the other person and can listen to opposing viewpoints. Openly listening to others creates examples to copy. Strength comes from listening to opposing viewpoints and synthesizing these differences into a higher understanding of how to tackle the issues. Progressives care about others and value each individual for contributions they make for the greater good but we also care about ourselves and value our commitment to creating a world of understanding, peace, and beauty.
