A progressive is forward looking. They want to progress but not on the backs of other Americans. They don't make judgements about people's looks, acts, etc. except when if they are doing physical harm to another. They know there is more than one way to look at any situtation. They are willing to compromise if the the other party is willing to meet them half way. Progressive see what America can be. Not what it use to be. Progressive try to find peacful solutions and would use War only as a last restort.
