Progressives believe protecting the environment is a logical step towards protecting the future. We don't believe the 'liar in chief'. We know we were lied to in the build up to Iraq. We don't believe they found WMD in Iraq. We believe separation of church and state are essential to running a stable government. We know that you can't just lay down your arms and expect the world to follow. We don't believe we are entitled to handouts from the government yet we expect the government to step in and help the truly needy. We know the economy has not recovered in spite of what Bush and his cronies say. We want to build a better more compassionate America.
