What sets me apart and in concert with my colleagues is my LIFE experiences. I have travel through some of the world's most desperate slums - all the while representing MY country. From my early youth, the poem :HOWL' was a clarion call to adventure, experience, and knowledge. There was a fire there - a warmth and passion which is the core of the American experience.To be progressive is to be persistent & yet kind. To consider the role of others in our society and the greater world. Progressive means bending with change - and smiling through the tears.As a child, the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King's ' I have a dream' speech was played to me. In it I heard the voice of God & the future. God bless America & let us find a common goal for the future of our country and world.
