A Progressive is an eclectic, judicious thinker...one who examines various facets of a problem and attempts to solve it rationally, to the advantage of humankind. The Progressive looks at the whole picture and is an advocate of global consideration. S/he looks and feels and acts beyond his or her own nose. A Progressive understands that when one human suffers, we all suffer. When the least of us is uplifted we are all exalted. A Progressive wants authentic change for the sake of goodness. A Progressive is disgruntled by the people at the top of the government and corporate food chains gobbling up all the goodies and starving the common man, leaving him with few resources and fewer options. A Progressive is steadfastly dedicated to saving a world that is precariously situated at the edge of a very high and jagged cliff. A Progressive is hopeful.
