A progressive is someone who recognizes every action taken has long term consequences and is able see beyond the temptation for immediate gratification to instead reach for long term solutions that are in alignment with our country's values and are worthy of the world's admiration. 'Progressive' is a verb. It is a way of life, moving forward in advancement for each of us and God's planet. It inspires innovation and rejects fear, ignorance and intolerance. It is an action that welcomes everyone who truely believes in the greatness of America and her citizens and settles for nothing less. It only asks that we look together for solutions with an honest heart, an open mind and willing spirit. Together, as progressives, anything and everything is possible.
