Our choices/decisions are based not on what is good for me, but what is good for me and the group (family…world). John Nash's great insight ('A Beautiful Mind') is that the best outcomes are those benefiting both the individual and the group. Republicans and Democrats protect themselves—the country be damned; corporations protect their stockholders—our environment be damned; progressives look to better the world for me and thee, in light of the future.
