A Progressive is a person open to new ideas, testing each by using litmus tests of a core set of values which prohibit harm to the least, most vulnerable even if benefiting the majority. Progressives stand squarely against Goverment intrusion into private lives, encouraging acceptance of diversity, cherishing the gifts of the founders words in the Bill of Rights, walking humbly with their own diety, and respecting the diverse beliefs of others.
