A progressive is someone who understands that it's everyday, average men and women who keep the gears turning in our society, knows what a living wage is, and believes without question that all deserve a life of dignity and respect as human beings, in practice, not just in theory; someone who envisions what economic justice and social balance are, has ideas to achieve them, and seeks to be a part of the process. A progressive is someone who remembers that our constitution states that individual's have rights, as long as carrying out those rights does not inflict harm upon others.
