A progressive is a person who works to change the country for the better. They are willing to face problems head on, taking knowledge learned from the past and applying it, to improve the future. They are not afraid of the task, no matter how difficult, no matter how many times people in the past have failed, because as long as they believe in themselves and others, friend or foe, success will come out of hard work and understanding.
