A progressive is a person with a clear understanding of the importance of our country, the original beliefs, willing to be open minded to changes, caring, compassionate, firm but flexible.A progressive wants to see our country have the pride my parents had when they proclaimed they are Americans and proud of it! As stated in the Webster's dictionary' of an educational system stressing individuality, self-expression' and 'moving forward' that is what I want for our country and for myself.
