A progressive is: One who stands for the intrinsic value of every human being. One who understands that no one must be left behind in poverty, without education, medical care or without an opportunity to create a more positive future for themselves. One who is appalled by the lies and spin that sets the course for this nation and world. One who understands that what is good for the (psudo persons) corporations is almost always bad for real humans and the environment. The interests of multinational corporations (which are nothing more than machines)are in direct, destructive competition with humans for existence.
