Knowing the importance of the common good for every citizen, from least to most privileged. Applying the real golden rule (not 'him that gots the gold, rules') to all. Living by the 10 commandments and 'what would Jesus do,' not just using those to keep others in their place. And being willing to give one's share to make needed advances (health, education, workplace, environment, peace) for the entire community/society/nation/world.
