A progressive is someone who is a couple steps ahead of the common person, one who has a vision of freedom, equality, the pursuit of happiness, for all people, not just for some. A progressive knows our rights are unalienable, given by our creator, not doled out as favors bestowed on certain “classes” of people. A progressive works to restore the supreme law of the land, the Constitution, and if in public office, their oath of office means a lot to them. By listening to their intuition and following their inner direction, a progressive takes brave innovative action like John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King, and they add to the quality of life in our country and/or the world.
