A progressive is someone who is tired of a two party system that does not represent 'We the People!' A progressive is someone who expects his or her elected officials to defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States. A progressive is someone who is tired of getting the run around and who expects government to act for the benefit of our society as a whole rather then the benefit of a few corporate lobbies and interest groups. A progressive opposes the prefabrication of intelligence to war preemptively on another nation. He also opposes the use of torture and the breaking of international laws. A progressive supports The Bill of Rights and expects his leadership to do the same. A progressive expects a free election that is incorruptable. A progressive expects campaign finance reform to actually be campaign finance reform. Lastly, a progressive opposes domestic spying on the victims of the 9/11 attacks. Us!
